Dear Distinguished Members of IPPA; I have been working as an academician for 10 years. In addition to that I am a former bureaucrat. I received my PhD in 2023. As a visiting lecturer in 2023 I teached comparative politics and government in Konstanz University in Germany and I am still teaching public administration and comparative politics in Türkiye. I am working on public policy (multiple streams framework), bureaucracy, migration and comparative politics. I will be at University of Southern California for the next 9 months for post-doctoral research. I have been a member of IPPA, one of the predominant public policy associations all over the world more than six years. Being a part of the IPPA family is not only a privilege for all public policy scholars but also a great opportunity to take lessons from here. Being a member of IPPA College is an honour for all public policy scholars. With my academic and bureaucratic experience I would like to make fruitful contributions for the college's further works and organizations. I would like to organize academic activities such as; conferences, workshops, especially those that will be held in Türkiye, the Middle East, Eurosia, and the Balkans. Best for IPPA! Fatih.
