Important Visa Information for Travelers to Doha

Please note that all foreign nationals traveling to Doha will have their visa arrangements handled directly by Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU).

As a participant in the Winter School, Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) is responsible for issuing the necessary visas to all participants. You will not need to apply for a visa yourself, as HBKU will fully manage this process on your behalf.
