How to get there

Aussois' ideal location at the border of the Vanoise National Park allows for transportation links with Grenoble, Geneva, Lyon, Turin, and Chambery.

• By train: The easiest way to access Aussois is to first reach Modane's train station (8km from Aussois), which is about 4 hours away from Paris (for direct trains from Paris-Gare-de-Lyon to Modane), 2 hours from Lyon and 1h30 from Turin. SCNF and Trenitalia offer regular connections to Modane.

• By plane: the closest airports are Lyon, Turin, and Geneva. The easiest from there is to come from the airports to Modane by train.
• By car: take the freeway A43 to Modane (Le Freney)

From Modane's train station, you can take a shuttle at the bus station next to the railway (frequent departures), or a taxi to Centre Paul Langevin, located at 24 rue du Coin, 73500, Aussois.
