The International Public Policy Association takes the safety of all participants, professors, and staff very seriously. As such, we have adopted a number of safety measures to ensure safe participation in the Winter School. 

SAFETY MEASURES 

In compliance with WHO and French authorities' guidelines, several measures will be put in place during the Winter School to promote the health and wellbeing of all attendees, Professors, and staff, including:

• The number of participants in each group is reduced to 10 in order to comply with the recommended physical distance between the participants

• A physical distance of 2 meters must be maintained between each participant

• Classrooms will be cleaned daily, and all the surfaces will be cleaned several times during the day

• Wearing face masks will be obligatory during the winter school

• Access to hand sanitizers will be provided in each class

• Breaks will be adjusted to limit the contact between different groups

Recommendations to the Participants

• We advise you to keep your health insurance up to date before planning your travels. 
• We recommend all participants to make a PCR test before coming to the Winter School for their security and the security of all others and to check their temperature
• We recommend you access the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs website and the French Ministry of Interior to check the travel requirements prior to arranging your travels.
