The application for the Summer School:

• Must be presented in a PDF document and should be approximately 3 pages long. 
• Should include applicant's CV and cover letter.
• Should include the applicant's accommodation preferences (more info coming soon).

Registration: May 21 - June 7, 2019

3) Upload your application folder (in PDF format)). Please indicate the document title as follows: Surname_SSPadova2019

REGISTRATION FEES, EXPENSES AND GRANTS

Registration Fees

 The Registration fee for the Summer School is: 

250€ for IPPA Members (individual and institutionnal).
300€ for non-IPPA members

*FREE for participants who have been awarded the Italian Political Science Association's grant (+350€ offered to cover flight). Limited upon availability.

Please note that the IPPA membership fee for 2019-2020 is 40€ for PhD students and 120€ for others.

Italian Political Science Association Grant - eligibility criteria

The grant is offered to PhD students enrolled in a non-EU university. The grant will cover the registration fees and 350€ for the flight.

To apply, please include a letter specifying to which University you are enrolled with your application for the Summer School (before May 10 2019).

REFUND POLICY

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend the International Summer school even after paying registration fees, reimbursements will be made according to the refund policy listed below:

Global refund policy:

• IPPA membership fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• Before June 7, 2019: 100% reimbursement.
• Between June 7 - 20, 2019: 50% reimbursement of registration fees.
• After June 20, 2019: NO reimbursements will be made.
• Partial refunds are not possible.
• If you have received a refund during the course of one payment period, you will not be able to re-register in the same payment period.
• Special refund considerations can be made for people encountering visa problems or those with personal emergencies. However, proof will be required and the final decision lies with IPPA.
• All disputes arising from the registration process will be subject to French law.
