ICPP7 Fees

We offer four categories of fees depending on the status of the participants (PhD students, Non-PhD students, IPPA Members, and Non-members). PhD students and IPPA members are offered an exclusive discounted registration fee. Participants can choose to become an IPPA member during their registration and automatically benefit from the reduced conference fee. 

The fee amount also varies on the period of payment. We recommend our participants register during the Early Bird Period as it offers the lowest registration fee. 

Participants have the option to pay in Euros, and USD, with Euros being the fixed currency. The USD exchange rates will be based on live market exchange rates at the time of the payment.

Virtual participation in ICPP7 is also possible provided the panels accept virtual participation (please check the format of papers accepted for each panel in their description. If neither "only online" nor "only onsite" is specified, it means they accept both formats). If you choose to participate virtually, make sure to check the "Virtual option" during registration. Please note that the fees for virtual and onsite participation are the same. 

Refund Policy

In case of cancelations, the following refund rules will apply:

• Before 31 March 2025: 100% reimbursement.
• Between 1 April and 30 May 2025: 50% reimbursement of registration fees, lunches, and Gala Dinner.
• After 1 June 2025: NO reimbursements will be made.

Partial refunds are not possible (refund of only lunch, or gala dinner, etc).

If you have taken a refund during one payment period, you will not be able to re-register in the same period.

Special refund considerations could be made for panel chairs or registered authors with an accepted paper whose Thailand visa applications have been denied. Proof has to be presented for the same and the final decision on the refund rests with the Association.

All disputes arising out of the registration process will be subjected to laws in the Republic of France.

Additional Options to your Registration

In addition to your registration fee, you can add the following options to your registration.

Pre-conference courses

A number of pre-conference short courses/workshops will be organized on the day prior to the conference. Participants will have the option to follow a full-day course/workshop or two half-day courses/workshops. You can add the pre-conference option to your registration for an additional fee of 100€ that includes participation in a full-day course or two half-day courses, lunch, and coffee breaks. During registration, you will have to indicate by order of preference (from 0 to 1) the courses you are interested in following. Gala Dinner Reception

The ICPP6 Gala Dinner will be organized at the Khum Kantoke, located around 10 minutes from the Chiang Mai historical center. You'll have the opportunity to taste traditional Northern Thai dishes while enjoying unforgettable cultural performances. The price for a gala dinner ticket is 50€ and each participant can purchase up to two tickets. Note you will need to choose between a vegetarian or non-vegetarian dinner for each ticket. 

Lunch

IPPA organizes the lunches to provide the attendees with an opportunity to spend some convivial time together and expand their network. The lunch will be organized within the ICPP7 venue and will offer a variety of Thai meal options each day. Each participant can purchase 1 lunch ticket for each day of the conference and will have to specify if they require a vegetarian option. The price of a lunch ticket is 15€. There are few restaurants and lunch options available near the conference venue.
