Position Details:

* A PhD in the social sciences with a clear focus on public policy, public administration or local governance.
* Post-doc research experience- preferred.
* Proven research capabilities.
* Ability to develop courses for the Open University in public policy, including writing textbooks and developing online pedagogical materials.
* Ability to engage in teaching at the M.A program in public policy.
* Ability to engage in administrative management of academic programs (the School of Local Government, the School of Public Policy for State Employees, and the M.A in Governance and Public Policy).
* Fluency in Hebrew
