The Korean Association for Public Administration (KAPA) announces its Call for papers for its 2022 International Conference.

The theme for the 2022 annual conference is “Green, Digital, COVID-19: Rethinking Public Administration in an Era of the Great Transformation.”Due to the current pandemic, the annual international conference will take place virtually, June 22 – 24, 2022.

The 2022 Conference seeks multi-disciplinary research on organizational, managerial, and policy challenges and opportunities that have emerged during the tumultuous times. The conference program committee invites you to submit a research proposal addressing one of the following themes:

- Track 1: Equity, inclusion, and social justice

- Track 2: Environment, climate, and sustainable governance

- Track 3: Managing effective and resilient public service

- Track 4: Digital transformation of public service

- Track 5: Good governance in the era of the Great Transformation

Proposal Submission Information

Individual Papers

A single paper proposal must include 1) Conference Track ; 2) Titles and Abstracts (no longer than 500 words) of Individual Paper, and 3) Author’s Information (name, affiliation, position, and email address).

Panel

To be considered, a fully formed panel proposal must include 1) Conference Track, 2) Panel Title, 3) Participants (One panel moderator, One-Two discussants, and Three-Four presenters), and 4) Titles and Abstracts (no longer than 500 words) of Individual Papers.

The panel moderator serving as a panel organizer needs to add information for each participant’s name, affiliation, position, and email address. All proposal submissions should be directed to kapa21ic@gmail.com.

Important Dates :

- Proposal Submission Due: April 17

- Accept/Reject Notifications: early May

- Full paper Submission Due: June 3

- 2022 International Conference: June 22 - 24

Full papers should be submitted electronically to kapa21ic@gmail.com by no later than June 3, 2022. All papers will be published in the electronic version of conference proceedings. Questions about the general conference and conference submissions should be directed to kapa21ic@gmail.com.
